2. Purpose and Scope of this Notice

This notice informs visitors and users of the egyedirobotok.microweb.hu website (hereinafter: Website) about what personal data Remicro Kft. (hereinafter: Data Controller) collects, the purposes and legal bases for processing, retention periods, and the rights of data subjects.

This notice is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.).

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

When filling out the contact form on the Website, we collect the following data:

4. Purpose of Processing

  • Receiving and responding to the user's contact request
  • Preparing a robot-rental offer
  • Sending a confirmation email to the user
  • Maintaining and administering business relations

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on the data subject's voluntary and explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Consent is given when the user submits the form and accepts the privacy policy.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, free of charge, at egyedirobotok@microweb.hu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

6. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for 5 (five) years from submission, to comply with statutory (accounting and legal) obligations. After this period, data is irreversibly deleted.

7. Use of Cookies

The Website uses only technical session cookies to provide CSRF protection. These cookies:

  • Do not contain personal data
  • Are automatically deleted when the browser is closed
  • Are not used for tracking or marketing purposes

The Website does not use third-party, analytics, or remarketing cookies.

8. Data Transfers and Processors

The Data Controller may transfer personal data in the following cases:

  • Email delivery (SMTP provider): Data submitted via the form is sent by email through an SMTP provider. Email delivery serves only communication between the Data Controller and the data subject.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area).

9. Data Subject Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15): You may request information about the personal data we process about you.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16): You may request the correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17): You may request the deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to restrict processing (Art. 18): You may request restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20): You may request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21): You may object to the processing of your personal data.

10. Remedies

If you believe that the processing of your personal data has infringed your rights, the following remedies are available:

11. Amendments to this Notice

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this notice unilaterally. The amended notice takes effect upon publication on the Website. Data subjects will be informed of changes via the Website.
